Originally from Otavalo, Ecuador, Diana moved to the United States to study at the Culinary Institute of America. She refined her craft at some of the world’s most acclaimed restaurants—including Eleven Madison Park, Gabriel Kreuther, Per Se, and The French Laundry. Now a private chef, she’s known for thoughtful, personalized dining experiences, bringing a refined yet approachable style to every event—from intimate dinners to curated tastings—while celebrating seasonal ingredients.
